What must I do to open an account?

Please complete a credit application, which can be found by clicking here. Once you have completed the credit application, please e-mail it to Credit@WhitakerHouse.com or fax it to 724.334.2932.

Why do I have to prepay my order even though I completed an application with credit references?

Once a credit application is completed, it takes 4-8 weeks to verify credit information. To expedite order processing, we ask first-time buyers to prepay for their first orders while the credit information is being verified. Prepayment can be made by credit card, money order, or check.

How do I figure out the shipping costs for my book order?

Freight charges will be calculated once you place your order. Shipping costs are based on the order's total weight and number of cartons.

If I want to do a wire transfer, what do I need to do?

To obtain information about wire transfers, please call the credit department at 724.334.2920 or e-mail Credit@WhitakerHouse.com.

What do I do if I get the wrong item or am shorted an item?

Please e-mail CustomerService@WhitakerHouse.com or call 724.334.2920 x254 if you have problems with your order.

I would like a free sample of a book. Is this possible?

All sample requests should be submitted to InternationalOrders@WhitakerHouse.com. We will review your request and respond promptly.

I don't have money for a Bible. Is there somewhere I can go for a free download?

There are many websites where you can access Bibles and Bible study tools. Please see www.crosswalk.com for Bible study tools. To download a free Bible, visit www.christistheway.com/freebibles.html.

Do you imprint bibles?

No.

I would like the rights to your books so I may publish them in my language. What is the procedure for obtaining rights?
