Identification

Description

Identification is the complete union of the believer with Christ in His substitutionary sacrifice. To understand your identification with Christ is to understand what God did in Christ for us, from the time He went to the cross until He sat down on the right hand of the Father. He became one with us in sin that we might become one with Him in righteousness. He became as we were, to the end that we might become as He is now. He became one with us in death, that we might become one with Him in life.

Your Identification with Christ means the end of weakness and failure. There will be no more struggle for faith, for all things are ours. There will be no more praying for power, for He is in us. There will no longer be the awful bondage of sin consciousness, for we are the righteousness of God in Christ.

You have a standing invitation to His heavenly throne room. You are invited to come boldly into His presence. You are seated with Him in heaven. He is with you on earth. In the reality of your Identification with Christ, arise and take your place.
